Vizag Beaches & Parks Attract Huge Crowds in 2025
Visakhapatnam, popularly known as Vizag, continued to emerge as one of the top tourism destinations in Andhra Pradesh during 2025. From scenic beaches to hilltop parks and leisure attractions, several locations across Vizag witnessed massive tourist footfall throughout the year.
Among all tourist attractions, RK Beach recorded the highest number of visitors, crossing an impressive 40 lakh footfall in 2025. The beach remains one of the biggest attractions in Vizag for both tourists and local visitors.
Kailasagiri attractions also saw strong visitor numbers with more than 9.5 lakh visitors. The hilltop destination continues to be one of the most iconic tourism landmarks in Vizag, offering panoramic city and sea views.
Rushikonda Beach attracted over 8.9 lakh visitors, while NTR VMRDA Park welcomed more than 5.58 lakh tourists during the year.
