The IIRF Medical College Rankings 2026 considered 144 leading medical colleges across India, with Andhra Pradesh having seven institutions featured in the rankings.
With a 13th rank nationally, Andhra Medical College has emerged as the top-performing medical college from Andhra Pradesh in the IIRF 2026 rankings.
The achievement further highlights Visakhapatnam’s strong legacy in medical education and healthcare. Established in 1923, Andhra Medical College is one of the oldest medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
